Hi there! I'm Hayley Ward-Able, and I live in sunny South Africa! When I am not teaching, I like to take advantage of the warm climate we enjoy in my country. You will find me mostly outdoors, doing some gardening, bird watching or walking and swimming at the beach. When the weather is milder, I like to snuggle up and read a good book, play cards with family or listen to music. Teaching English, though, is my happy place. I absolutely love the language, and want to share this knowledge with my students! There is nothing more satisfying to me, than looking back and seeing how much my students have progressed and reached their goals. I see teaching as an opportunity for me to have a positive impact on people's lives now and in the future. I have learnt a new language myself, so I understand the difficulties and challenges students face. This is why I try to put my students at ease to lessen their anxiety. I don't have a set agenda of how I will teach, but rather patiently adapt my teaching to each individual's needs. My strengths are correcting pronunciation, intonation and grammar. I also enjoy helping students who would like to improve their reading fluency, writing accuracy and dialogue skills. Let the fun begin! I can't wait to meet you!

南アフリカ出身のヘイレイ先生は、経験豊富で明るく話しやすい先生です。 15年間の講師経験を持ち、これまでは主に南アフリカの生徒様をサポートしてきましたが、自分のスキルや知識をもっと幅広く活用したいということで、今回エイゴックスの仲間に加わることになりました！TEFL（外国人に英語を教える資格）も取得しており、お子様も大人の方も対応可能です。また、9年間医療施設でお仕事していた経験もありますので、医療用語にも精通しています。趣味はアウトドアとのことで、お休みの日にはガーデニングやバードウォッチングをしたり、ビーチへ行くそうですよ。先生と趣味が合う方、医療関係の方、お子様と幅広くサポート可能ですので、ぜひヘイレイ先生を宜しくお願いします♪ （2022/4/19 記載）
