Hello wonderful students!smiley-laughing
I am Teacher Caryn and I am a native English speaker form the beautiful city, Port Elizabeth in South Africa. I am a part time ESL teacher, a professional nurse, and a mother to 3 beautiful children!

I started my ESL teaching journey in 2017. I have worked with students from all walks of life and with various English abilities. I have completed my 120 Hour TEFL certificate as well as many hours of training under a mentor. I have also completed special training for teaching English to young learners. Throughout my years of teaching, I have helped many students improve their English skills and develop a love for the English language. I also have experience designing and creating lesson plans and materials according to the individual needs of the student. I started my own ESL school in 2023 as well.

I believe all students are unique and so are their learning styles. As a teacher, I adapt my teaching style and techniques to suit your needs. I am a patient teacher and very energetic and focused in class. I always try to make my lessons as fun as possible because the best way to learn anything, is to enjoy it!smiley-wink
