Hello! My name is Phil! Besides working in many primary schools, as well as giving private tuition, my most recent experience has been online teaching, where I held over 4K lessons to students of various ages and knowledge levels, with literally zero negative feedback. I tend to introduce my laid-back and humorous attitude in the classroom, to encourage my students to approach the English language with ease and enthusiasm instead of discomfort. Regardless of their age and knowledge level, I have always promoted joyful education over standardized pathways, as we do not move, think or speak in a straight line, and neither does imagination nor creativity. We all have something to share about ourselves, be that a hobby, a favorite subject at school/university, or even a cultural preference. The more you speak a language, the more barriers you cross. Sometimes the smallest step in one direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. So, let's climb up those stairs together!

I am from Canada, yet I reside in Serbia. I am a Master Professor of English Language and Literature, with over 7 years of teaching experience to students of all levels.
