I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I love general knowledge and learning about as many of the things that interest me in the world around us. I have a passion for Geography, History and Biology, as well as working with people from around the world.
I am a friendly and highly encouraging individual who has a rare passion of working with and teaching people, as well as learning from other people too. I am a very approachable person who is highly honest and loyal. I believe in treating people like I would like to be treated.
I have a real love for teaching and being able to help people that I may meet. What motivates me most about teaching is having the opportunity to help see another person learn and grow by learning a new language. I have been teaching for over twenty five years. I have taught in various countries around the world such as Thailand, China, The United Kingdom, Germany, Dubai and Sharjah in the UAE, the U.S.A and my home nation of South Africa. This experience has taught me a great deal about working with different nationalities and cultures. My teaching style is based on an informative, clear, friendly, motivating and fun experience while learning the wonderful language of English!I focus a lot on pronunciation, sentence construction, conversational dialogs and vocabulary.
