I am from Baguio City. Baguio is known as the “Summer Capital of the Philippines,” or as the “City of Pines” because of its cool temperature and verdant pine trees. Situated on the Cordillera Mountains of Northern Luzon, Baguio is the perfect destination for those wanting to escape the tropical heat.
I love to spend my time reading books, watching movies, listening to music and just learning new skills or a language. I am very adventurous person. I like to learn new things and explore new cultures.
My teaching experiences
I am an English teacher for 3 years, teaching foreign nationals namely: Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese and Chinese students aged 1 to 50. I am a licensed teacher and have obtained my TEFL certificate. I am energetic English Teacher who is genuinely interested in learning new cultures and adaptable to new environment. Also, passionate about teaching English and committed to maintaining up-to-date knowledge in field.
My teaching style
I believe that every learner is different and they have different learning styles. As a teacher, being flexible and adjusting to your student's pace and style of learning is very important. As an ESL teacher, I like to focus on fluency and accuracy. Relating the lesson to real-life situations to have a meaningful learning.
