 １１歳の息子が初めてジム先生のレッスンを受けました。
となりで見ていましたが、母は口を出さずにただ座っていました。
フリートークで２５分話が続くか心配していましたが、
息子もなんとか会話をつなげてがんばっていました。
コミュニケーションをとる特訓になったと思います。
スモールトークにじしんのない方は、あらかじめトピックを決めたほうが話しやすいかもしれません。

 予約段階で「インターネット教材 ー インターネット教材の選定は講師にお任せ」を選んでいたのですが、先方が認識しておらず、最初の15分程度は求める授業内容になりませんでした(講師からは「そんなリクエストはなかった」と言われました)。

私がそれを軌道修正できる語学力を持ち合わせていればよかったのですが...これも英語コミュニケーションの一経験として、できるだけ前向きに捉えようと思います。
