Mio learned to explain how to clean her house. She did her vocabulary lesson on inside and outside toys, and the playground equipment. She enjoyed reading a book at Starfall.com. Thank you for your encouraging lessons, Xandra.

Shuichi learned to explain how to brush his teeth. Then, Xandra and Shuichi showed nearby objects each other asking 'What is it?' or 'What are they?'. It is amazing that Xandra always prepares a brand-new lesson for him, and at the same time the lesson enables him to review what he has learned before.

Shuichi learned the phrases with can and can't. He told Xandra that he could swim and speak Japanese, but he could't drive a car. He learned the different usage of this and these to explain his body parts. After that, he read the short story with long a sound at Starfall.com.

Mio learned the different usage of this, these, that, and those to point at things. She watched the video of opposite adjectives and gave a picture of her teacher at the school. For her reading lesson, she learned the words with d and t. Thank you for another great lesson, Xandra.

Today, Shuichi learned how to respond to "How are you?" in different ways instead of saying "I'm fine, thank you. And you?". He also learned to explain the position of objects using prepositions such as in and on. In the reading lesson, he still confused b with d. Thank you for your patience, Xandra.

Today, Mio learned house vocabulary. She reviewed feelings vocabulary. It was interesting to find out that she was excited to take exams. She enjoys using Starfalls app these days an d asks me the meaning of words she doesn't know.

Today, Shuichi learned to tell what he likes to do and how often he does it. In his reading lesson, he tried to read words by himself. Thank you always, Xandra.

Today, Shuichi learned possessive pronouns, which seemed a little bit difficult for him, and opposite adjectives. His reading skill has improved. He was able to read the sentence smoothly when he repeated after Xandra.

Today, Mio learned animal sounds in English. She enjoyed the difference between Japanese sounds and English sounds. She was happy to start the same phonics book as her brother. Thank you for another wonderful lesson, Xandra.

Today, Shuichi learned to use present continuous verbs. He has become able to speak in a big voice. Phonics lesson went smoothly with little help from me.
