We went over some words related to food from our lesson in the past, such as 'bland','mushy','greasy',and'lumpy'. I also learned a couple of unknown expressions like "cook up a storm," "Your eyes are bigger than your stomach," and "There's always room for something sweet at the end of the meal!" Thanks a million :)

Today we went over several idioms from the last lesson and I asked which verb we should use with judo, 'play' or 'do'. She told me that 'do' is correct and we should NOT say ” I play judo." She often types some expressions and phrases in the chat box and they really help me a lot. Thank you!

Today I learned some expressions including "I put my foot in it(my mouth)","Easier said than done," and "It's like talking to a brick wall." I'd like to naturally use them in daily conversations. Also, she taught me how to properly write and express the time of day. THank you!

Today's topic was health. We reviewed a couple of expressions such as " to be back on your feet" and "as fit as a fiddle," and then I learned some new idioms like "a clean bill of health," and "a new lease on life." Making sentences with using these expressions is very usefull to me. Thank you:)

I enjoyed your two lessons!
We talked about "if I win a million dollars",and "the best news I've ever received"and so on.
And she told me the word 'ice breaking'.
This means a chance of starting conversation.
I didn't know that.Thank you for your kindness!I'm looking forward to next lessons .
