I’m from Pangasinan, which is is a province located in the Ilocos Region of the Luzon Island in the Philippines. The name Pangasinan means "place of salt" or "place of salt-making” since it has been a major producer of salt in the country ever since the Spanish period. It is also popular for its numerous beaches and other attractions such as the Hundred Islands, etc.
I love traveling. I've always been fascinated with History and Culture, and I would love to travel to different countries in the world especially Japan in the very near future.
I also love reading books and manga, watching movies and anime, cooking and eating, drawing, hiking, gardening and anything related to health and fitness.
I love learning, exploring and discovering new things in general. Afterall, there's just so much things to learn and discover in the world as long as we keep our hearts and minds open.
I have been in the ESL Industry for more than nine years in total. I’ve worked for several companies where I taught English to different nationalities such as Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, HongKongese, French, Italian, Taiwanese and Vietnamese. I’ve taught individuals from ages 3 to 80+ of different fluency levels from beginner to nearly native. And for different needs and purposes such as to enhance their English conversation skills, Business English, Exam preparations (TOEFL and IELTS), basic English for kids and adults, essays and documents revision, etc.
I strive to help my students fulfill their English learning goals and develop their fluency at their own pace. I'm very patient and I tailor-fit the lessons according to the student's level, needs, requests, and goals. I try my best to keep the class positive and relaxing so that my students can express themselves and learn English as comfortably and enjoyably as possible.
We can have the lesson any way you want; be it through a structured lesson or casual conversation. I can help you with your pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, enhance your writing skills, improve your speech, help organize your presentation; and most importantly, develop your critical thinking ability further through our discussion.
Just let me know beforehand how you want it done, so that I can prepare for you. And hope that you find my class informative and fun. I'll be there every step of the way.
I'm looking forward to see you in one of my classes and know about you too!
