Though the hotel and sightseeing spots may increase profits by many foreigner, civilians around sightseeing spots are annoy because of crowd, noise and garbage. Because Tokyo Olympic will be held in 2020, the number of foreign visitors will increase from now on. We may need to find proper resolution for both of civilians and the visitors.
