First of the lesson, I talked about the match, Japan versus Poland. In that match, Japan stopped attacking and kept passing the ball to survive the World Cup. I accepted the strategy. I admire the decision the director of Nishino took. If the Japan team had lost the game, he would have been being accused for a long time. How many people could take that risk? If I were him, I could not. Some people are accusing him. I think those kind of people would say something if Nishino had taken another strategy and had lose the game.

Though we watch many kinds of dreams when we sleep, we can't choose what we want to watch.
Recently, because the technology regarding virtual reality have developed day by day, we can experience whatever we want in the goggles. I like real than virtual, though. :)

Today, we talked about anti-allergy drugs.
The first generation histamine H1-receptor antagonists (chlorpheniramine, etc) have blood-brain-barrier (BBB) penetration, and inhibit the function of histamine, which works as neurotransmitters and analeptic amine, in brain. Therefore, it induces somnolence. We should choose the second generation H1 antagonist (fexofenadine) with less side effects including somnolence in the case which we have to drink the medicine during our working time.

We talked about Earthquakes. A mega earthquakerecently hit Osaka, which killed four people including a children. I am sorry for the people who have suffered from the quake. We cannot prevent quakes from occurring. Therefore, it is important to prepare for them as much as we can.

Today, we talked about the menu of KFC and pizza hut. The price in Japan is quite higher than that in Philippines. I was surprised a bit.
Furthermore, we talked about fried chicken and rice with gravy sauce you love.
The topics regarding foods make me be hungry.
