Though reclamation sounds good for disposing of garbage, we should consider the principal of 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) to reduce the amount of garbage. Recently, pollution by micro plastic garbage is becoming a social problem. The garbage we disposed will be back to us. Humidifier may be effective on our hard breathing in dried winter season, but it will increase condensation on windows. It is not practical for us to clean windows everyday.
