Today, I explained specific pathogen-free to you. Specific pathogen-free means guaranteed free of particular pathogens. Use of SPF animals ensures that specified diseases do not interfere with an experiment. Specific pathogen-free is applied to farmed animals. They are raised in cleanness condition which was cleaned more than our ordinary condition. In other words, specific pathogen-free animals may be cleanness more than us in the point of view of pathogen.

Today, we talked about language in Philippines.
I was astonished to know that there are more than 100 types of language in Philippines.
You inspire me a lot, because you have also used several languages in your house and town.
As it is hard for me to speak even English, I will not be able to learn multiple languages.

Today, I was glad to talk about our dinner menu. I checked the photos regarding longanissang Alaminos and sopas after our lessons.
Longanissang was tiny sausages, and sopas was cream soup containing vegetables and macaroni. Both of them look so delicious.
Though I explained Chanko hot pot, it was a bit difficult.

I heard you had heartburn today. I felt you were tough.
It is said that heartburn is caused by overeating, overdrinking, foods containing fatty acid, oppression of abdomen, stress and tobacco.
Furthermore, you should avoid having several foods (High fat foods, Spicy foods, Citrus, Garlic and onions, Peppermint, Chocolate, Alcohol, Coffee, Carbonated drinks) which lead to exacerbation of acidity. Because I researched them, I will talk about them next.
