Today, we had fun time to talk about several kinds of ice creams.
We were absorbed in the topic a lot.
Especially, I was so surprised because you showed me the article regarding the ice cream using guinea pig in Ecuador.
We usually care guinea pigs as our pet, and they are so cute. I couldn't imagine the ice creams made of guinea pigs at all.
Honestly speaking, I was shocked when I saw several cuisine using guinea pigs in the world.
Aside from guinea pig ice creams, I found there are ice creams using other creatures, such as insects.
This time, I was full with the only article because it was a bit gross.

I really enjoyed talking about our exercise menu. I also started home-exercise because you inspired me.
I have conducted the combination of curl ups, planks, and twist-crunches every day.
Of course, thanks to you, I could learn many exercise menu in English. Then, I may be able to kill two birds with one stone.
Because I recently started my exercise, I have serious muscle pain.
