Hello! My name is April, I'm 30 years old, and I'm from Negros Oriental, Philippines—a beautiful place known for its stunning beaches like the Manjuyod White Sand Bar, a peaceful white sand attraction loved by many. I’m an only child, so during my free time, I enjoy reading books and watching Korean dramas. I also like playing chess, badminton, and cycling with my cousins. At home, I have three dogs and two parrots who brighten up my days. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I’m deeply passionate about supporting people in recognizing their strengths and finding healthy ways to cope with everyday challenges. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and I find working in this field both meaningful and rewarding. I also completed my Proficiency in Teaching Education. I worked as a University Instructor teaching Psychology subjects to college students, and I served as the Program Chair of the Psychology Department. Alongside this, I’ve been teaching English online as a second language for about 3 years. I genuinely enjoy helping students improve their English skills while building their confidence in communication. In my classes, I always aim to create a respectful, supportive, and fun learning environment. I'm enthusiastic about learning and equally passionate about sharing knowledge.
