初レッスン。風景写真を取ったり山登りに興味があるということだったので、日本に来た時は、すでに計画に入っているらしい北海道だけではなく、長野県にも行くよう勧めておきました。優しい喋り方のインテリさんですが、意外と熱血の正義漢でもあると分かったのが、本日の収穫です。

This was my first lesson with Richard. We introduced ourselves to each other. After that, we talked about an article about chess and intelligence. His lesson was really informative. As far as I know, Richard is one of the best teachers at Eigox. Thank you.

We discussed air bnb is having a problem - racial discrimination. Richard mentioned there are a lot of horrible incidents in America - people of color are beaten by police officers for example.

I chose article about Charlie hebdo published controversial catoon which dipicts earthquake that happened in Italy. I probably should have had stronger opinion about it. Thank you for encouraging me! I enjoyed speaking with you and see you again soon...

I asked Richard to pick some article from online and we discussed the exhibition held in Japan called "House vision". I'm glad he remembers that I'm interested in architecture.
