Hello! My name is Satoko Haru. Although I am Japanese, I was brought up in Europe and have lived in Switzerland, the Netherlands and the UK. I recently graduated from my university with a Masters in the School of Political Science.
I have been teaching English since 2013, and in various settings, and to various age groups; summer schools, one on one tutoring and helping university students with their academic writing. I absolutely love teaching and it gives me so much joy to see students gain confidence in being able to communicate with other and in reaching their goals, a journey that I would like to take with you too!
If you would like to improve your basic English skills, then I can help with general vocabulary expansion, pronunciation and grammer. My main area of expertise though is academic and business English in the areas of speaking and writing, so for those who need help with TOEIC/IELTS preparations, or at university or generally preparing for presentations, then I can help you.
