It's first time class for me, It was really fun!
And I can understand the English words that she is using chat box on skype sometimes.

Today's lesson was focused on expressing opinions using phrases such as "In my opinion," "As far as I'm concerned," and "If you ask me." I'm afraid my son could not understand what they were, so he needs to keep trying. By the way, he seems to feel good preparing questions for you and having conversation. Thank you :)

Tank you for your nice lesson, Katherine! My son learned how to make sentences by using sperlatives today. Alhough he came across a couple of unfamiliar adjectives such as "obnoxious" and "horrible," she kindly explained their meanings with her mobile shown.

Thank you for giving my son the nice lesson tonight. He always looks forward to your lessons. They began with a small talk and continued to work through Side by Side 2, page 51 which focused on superlatives like "the -est/most -". Katherine's smile makes him happy and she definitely motivates him.

Today my 11-year-old son learned about superlatives. He practiced making superlative sentences using "the -est." He always looks forward to preparing a couple of questions for you and seems to be satisfied that he could make her understand his English. THank you!

解らないところを、日本語で聞いてしまっても、その答えをあえて 解りやすい英語で説明してくれるのも、勉強になります。
いろんな 例をくれるので、分かり易く楽しいです。時間過ぎてしまったのに、質問ある?って聞いてくれて 幾つか あったんですが、最後まで丁寧に答えてくれました。本当に、親切で楽しくて素敵な先生です。

私がうまく言えずに単語を並べただけだったのに、先生はすぐに内容を察して丁寧に説明してくださったので、本当にたすかりました。また話題も面白くて、時間があっという間に過ぎたような気がします。楽しい授業をありがとうございました。
