The contents of the lesson was good.
But I sometimes couldn't hear her and vice versa. I suppose it caused her mic and speaker. So I hope she uses a headset.

"How to express Your Apologies" from "100 Power".
I practiced to apologize using phrase "I am sorry" in some situations.
Robert expressed to me for giving a sincere apology,it is important to express changing intonation.
So I feel it is very useful.
