We lessoned "How to make a claim" from 100 Power Topics,but it was how to complain about text.
Mellisa and I talked about the experiences about retuning items or asking to replace something with a new one.
It was interesting with topics how sales clerk(customer center) was when she or I complained to them.
Today,I had fun conversations in English.

She is friendly and open for conversations. She also does not have strong Australian accent (at least when she talks with students), so it would be easy to practice with her even if your English is still at the basic level.

Emily looked so happy to have a lesson and full of energy through the VC. She gave me lots of power just by talking with her. We talked about how the different language effect each person's character, especially English and Japanese. Very interesting lesson and I enjoyed talking with her. I will talk to you again!
