Thanks for the wonderful lesson today!

I learned how to use "eligible for". It is synonym of be qualified, fitting for, be worthy of, depending on the contexts. Daisy taught me the difference between eligible for and entitled for, which was new to me and very helpful. Thank you Daisy. I'am looking forward to your next lesson.

I learned how to user "at the expense of" today. I also learned some new expressions like belly-up, wear out, and lush, which all look common and useful expressions. Thank you Daisy!

We did Lesson1 Greetings1. Olu gave me a lot of advice on how to make my pronunciation better. She says my reading sounds a bit monotonic and taught me how to read sounding more colorful. We practice how to use "How did that go for you?" and "What have you been up to?" in roll play. I learned a lot from you Olu, thank you!

Eileen, thank you for the productive lesson. It was nice talking to you. I was impressed by how many countries you had visited in the past nine months. I am going to ask you more questions about the countries you visited in our next lesson.

helpful for me. I think I am poor
at listening British English, but
it was easier for me to listen what
you said!
