This is lesson for Aiko.
She could understand "is and are".
I thought it was still difficult for her.
But you can teach it in a short time!
Thank you very much. See you!

Mark, as we discussed, coming April would be an eventful month to me: The new car, the travel to Cuba. Wish me luck for travelling the country without any knowledge of Spanish! I hope Google translate would help me a lot, but I have also heard Internet is almost not available there. Ouch. Fingers crossed.

Today, small talk became a main topic. lol But it was fun. It was a good training to explain things and I learned to understand the word, ‘apartment’ wrongly. I did not know it has the meaning of a suite of rooms for one household in a building such as a condo, an apartment house. I feel satisfied as I found my misunderstanding for long. And I learned the nuances in some words, too. Thank you for your enthusiastic lesson as always.

Richard had many experiences in many troubled areas. So, his story is based on deep understanding.
Today, we talked about Afghanistan, and I found the reasons of conflict come from not only geopolitical interest. Afghanistan has a huge lithium mine, and natural gas. I'd like to study more about "The Great Game". Your lesson is so fascinating, Richard!

We at first talked about my working style and the organization I and she work/worked for, today. After that, we began to talk about an article of bad effect of LINE to the language skill of Japanese young people. I could not read the article before today's lesson, so we read it in our lesson time. Sentences were a bit difficult, so I sometimes faced some unknown words and couldn't understand the meaning of sentences. We could not finished reading it, so we decided to continue it next time. Thank you, Frou. See you.

昨日はレッスンをして頂きありがとうございました。次男は相手より自分の話したいことばかり優先してしまうところがあり、少し困っています。昨日のレッスンもそういう所があったと思うのですが、最後のアルファベットの書き取りで集中している姿が見られ、今朝もアルファベットを自分で書いていました。何とかいい方向に向かってくれることを願っています☆

Teacher Froulaine is cheerful. She always cheer me up even if I had bungles. After her lesson, I feel very fine. I know she has a lot of lesson before and after me. Sometimes I wonder why she is so cheerful. Yesterday, I found a hints on my idea note. It was the word of Mark Twain, world great novelist, which I wrote decades or more ago. It said “The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up.”
