Today, I had a lesson to prepare for Eiken interview test.
Namiko-sensei provided me a mock interview test and instructed me a crucial points to organize a speech including ideas and solutions.
They were really helpful suggestions and advice. Thank you very much for great tips and encouragement, Namiko sensei. I'll do my best.

It was my first lesson with Maureen. We talked about differences between Japan and other countries, and since some of topics were something that I hadn't thought about before, it was a good practice for me. Thank you, Maureen. I look forward to seeing you again.

My wife and I went to kyoto. A hilarious event happened to me in the bus. It was a day trip. This bus was imperative to show the bus ticket when you get on and hand in when you get off. If you lose the ticket you have to pay the whole price again, not just a fee. These tickets I bought in the Internet and I paid in the convinience store. As you already know, these tickets are printed. A couple of months ago, we went to a musical concert and we bought the tickets in the same convinience store, The envelope and the tickets were the same color and same size. And I left the envelope with the tickets in the pocket of my backpack. When we were getting off the bus, I picked the wrong envelope and took the tickets I handed in to the bus driver. The driver said gently,"Sir,these tickets are not the bus tickets". It was so embarrassing. I flustered went throug the backpoack`s pocket. I wanted to crawl under a rock.

娘にレッスンして頂いています。聞く事は得意なようですが、話す事は機会が少ない事もあり言葉につまる事が多いのですが、先生は娘に沢山話させてくれ、また先生も沢山話してくれ、間違いも直してくれます。

About couple of decades ago, I have ridden subway in Tokyo with one Englishman. When the train came, he didn’t move into train even the door opened. On his left, there was a woman waiting in another row. He smiled to her and let her first. I was surprised by his attitude and regarded it as the way of gentleman. Last week, I went to London for business trip. During stay in London, I didn’t saw the man gives the way for the leady. Actually, everybody hurried their way, and didn’t pay any attention other people. In the narrow aisle in subway station, I sometimes hit my shoulder against other person, but no one didn’t say any apologize. Now I feel gentleman ship already have gone with that gentleman.

We commenced the lesson with a hilarious story that I went through yesterday and Nina told me some similar funny stories as well. After a funny warm-up, we straight away went to the main lesson, I could use the phrases and words as "shoddy","rickety","hoopty,"beat-up car","novice","chafe at","take it or leave it","botch up","advent","fluster","rip-off", and so on. As usual, Nina rectified some words that I enunciated wrongly. she is a heaven-sent tutor that fell into my lap. Nina , I hope your computer doesn`t suck next lesson.(haha). See you soon.
