Talking with Rob is always fun. Today I explained Kinjiro Ninomiya to him as a symbol of "effort" in Japan. I described the famous statue of Kinjiro, like he is reading a book while walking with firewood on his back, but nowadays new statues are made in a sitting posture because it is said that children today think he is looking at smartphone while walking, which has negative affect on them. He corrected my English meticulously while I was explaining above and gave me a note after the lesson. Thank you for your advice as always. See you.

I asked him to teach me how to use the similar adverbs like quite, pretty, fairly, rather, and the difference between persistence and perseverance. He explained them to me patiently and humorously. The lesson was really fruitful. See you again!

Thank you for your lesson today. Today we practiced more about personification. It was like the time flew by, that we were only able to do the practice. I am really happy to have your lessons. I hope to see you soon!

Thank you very much for nice talk, especially about my son's skin disease and hot spring.

It can't be helped. Thsi is suitable word for my son's situation now.
I did not notice that some foreign guests dislike to be naked when entering a community bath like a hot spring.

I enjoyed totay's talk especially Japanese community activities. "Many hands make the work light".
Japanese people take care of thier own gardens and public parks, too. We volunteerly join the activity for cleaning public park in our neigborhood such as mowing , grass cutting, weeding, collecting fallen leaves.
