'udetatefuse' is 'push ups' in English. So planking may be a bit different from it. But the way on the wall is good for women. At first you probably feel muscle pain in your arms. But it's effective to make a nice body. Go for it! |

Thank you for your lesson, and advice on how to learn languages. The thing that I get relieved was everybody gets frustrated when they learn the second language, and that is a normal process for learning the language. You don't just give us lessons, but motivate us and cheer us, and that is really wonderful!!!
