This was my first lesson of him. My daughter has taken his lessons. Each lesson always satisfies her very much and that made me decide to try his lesson.
He is always so nice and waits with a warm smile for the student thinking and speaking.

明治時代の初期に起こった暮らしの変化についてお話しました。牛肉を食べるようになったこと､電車がはしったこと、
ちょんまげをそり落としたこと､洋服を着るようになったことなどです。現代の生活の基本がこの時代に出来たかと思うと

I appreciated his eagerness to have a good lesson. To make the lesson effective, he kindly asked me about my goal why I want to learn English. While valuing his passion highly, I would appreciate if he could give more specific advice on my English expressions.
It was unfortunate that internet status was not stable and our conversations often stuck.
Still I believe his enthusiasm would make him much better teacher soon.

We had a free-talk class today, and it was exciting.
I always prepare a specific topic in advance, but I couldn't afford it this time. So I couldn't expect how our conversation would go, and I was thrilled because it was like an everyday conversation in the real world. Also, I thought it was a great opportunity to measure my progress in English skills. I can't really say I did a flawless performance in the class, but Dave's warmth and friendliness helped me to continue speaking without the fear of making mistakes. I also found that he was trying to use simple English structures so that I could easily understand.
