In a showery and drowsy afternoon, Cole and I had yet another great lesson. I was so mesmerized by the eloquence of the speaker that I lost all track of time. Shohei Ohtani caps off an unreal night in Arizona with a game-winning home run for the Dodgers. The Dodgers beat the Diamondbacks 14-11 in a wild back and forth game that saw the Boys in Blue put up 6 runs in the 9th inning including a go-ahead 3run homer from Shohei Ohtani. Shohei in the clutch. Every relationship has its bumps in the road. A door is larger than a lock, and a lock is larger than a key. Yet, the key, the smaller of all, has the power to unlock the entire house. So, sometimes, all we need is a small and thoughtful solution that will solve our major problems. The two companies decided to coalesce into a single organization. The coach harangued the team for not giving their best effort. Don`t worry about people who aren`t happy for you. They aren`t happy for themselves either. Don`t be a leaf blown by the wind of public opinion, be a sturdy oak rooted in your own values. Cole thank you for the lesson. |
