 I reserved two lessons in a row. This time, our subject was languages. When I stayed in Taiwan, there were no Japanese people; I had butterflies in my stomach to give a presentation in Chinese. But, finally, I found my feet - my experience was superb. Studying foreign languages widens our job opportunities. Korean grammar is similar to Japanese.

 We had a pleasant free conversation, whose theme was computers and technology. Our parents' generation is fixed in their ways; it took a while to use computers, but eventually, they found their feet. I bet there will be more autonomous/self-driving cars in the future. Maybe we can trip to the Moon affordably. On the other hand, using computers is time-consuming - the graphics are so vivid, though. A PC is always necessary for my work.

 Thank you for the great lesson.
We talked about the current situation of corona in the world and Russia invades Ukraine.
Both topics are horrible and represent world affairs.
I thought it was amazing to be able to empathize with such world topics to each other through the lesson.
I realized that the world is connected.
We talked about interesting things though.

 Sweet-sensei showed me special photos about “Happy Mother’s Day”. It’s an important event in Philippines. Her family’s smile made me so happy.
