I really enjoyed the session with Mandy. She is a lovely teacher to talk to, and her English is very clear. It is great to hear that all her family are interested in Japan and the language.

We lessoned "How to make a claim" from 100 Power Topics,but it was how to complain about text.
Mellisa and I talked about the experiences about retuning items or asking to replace something with a new one.
It was interesting with topics how sales clerk(customer center) was when she or I complained to them.
Today,I had fun conversations in English.
