まず、先生が対になる語句(very big/absolutely hugeなど)の意味の違いを説明してくれます。次に、それらの語句を用いて自分で文を作ります。作った文について、先生からアドバイスがもらえます。
会話の練習というよりも、個別授業の側面が強いと感じました。話すスピードは速め、雑談は少なめ。笑顔がステキです。

Today, I delivered a small speech about "Should the Japanese government stop the use of nuclear power plants?" As usual he improved my speech by correcting the grammatical mistakes and replacing some expression to proper ones. Then, he gave me an imprompt question. In today’s lesson, he taught me one new word ‘Brexit’. It’s so new word that I couldn’t find it in my electronic dictionary. According to his explanation, the word refers to the possibility that Britain will withdraw from the European Union and the matter is related to the immigrant problem. I have watched those topics in the BBC news but I have never thought about those problems. On the other hand, he has his own opinion and he told me as to what is happening in Europe. I noticed it is very important to know the fact.
Thank you for your lesson, Lea. Today’s lesson gave me very good opportunity to think about unfamiliar topics.

Although I've had Daisy's lessons only five times, I can say that she's the best teacher ever!

Whenever we come across new words and phrases, she always makes me think and create new sentences out of them. It is really a good way to remember the new words. Also, she alway introduces me other meanings of new words, which is quite useful.

Since I had a great time in her lesson, time passed really quicky even though I had double lesson.
