I practiced word stress, intonation and pronunciation today, too. Recently, I enjoy practing them though I had little confidence in them before. Maybe I'll give a request for artickes I'd like to read in the next lesson. At first, Barry worried about his Skaype's bad working and the picture's a little blurred, but actually there's no problem during our lesson. Anyway, I'm satisfied with his lesson today. |

We read an article about several hands-on cowboy experience in America. I was unfamiliar with cowboys, but the article was great fun. He usually makes good choices of topics. Since I read too quickly today, he advised me to slow down. Good advice for me because I am a hasty & careless person. I had a fantastic time in his lesson. |

Today we read an article about South Korea. Dunring the lesson, I mainly practiced pronunciations & intonations etc. While correcting some words, Barry encouraged me by complimenting. As a matter of fact, I feel reading aloud becomes a bit less hard for me, though I make some mistakes without knowing it. Just before the end of lesson, he gave me a website about word stress, and I've flipped through it. That sounds interesting. |

Today's article was about a new navigation app. In this lesson, I focused on practicing a lot of "s" sounds. Until he pointed out I dropped some "s" sounds, I had not been conscious about it. He gave me a special(?) tongue twister for practicing "s" sounds. A good lesson today, too. |
