Thank you for the lesson.

Today we talked about salary according to a material.
We discussed about gender equiality in salary and hiring.
After the class, I read some survey result issued by Japanese government. You were right! I found some issues still remained in Japanese companies. I'm lucky that I haven't recieved any unfair treatment with gender in my career.
I must solve these issues as my job!
... but there is complex matters like culture or history something like that.
I want to discuss again with you if I get a chance.

I also thank you for telling me about the team-building activities in Philipines. There is a lot of islands in Tokyo as well. I will propose my boss to go to one of those islands for team-building!
