Today we talked about expressions like "see a doctor", "go to hospital", "go to the hospital" etc. at first. I've been confused about those expressions but I understand them today! We also talked about some disease in our childhood, especially about asthma.I faced some medical words that I don't know like "inhaler", "wheezing", "asthma attack" etc. Thank you for your lesson, Vanessa! I enjoyed her lesson again today.
She is patient enough to wait for me to look for words. When she gets what I try to tell her, she reform my sentence to sound more naturally and correct. I'm sure it'll improve my English steadily. I can't wait the next lesson.

We talked about animal rights because here in China people eat many kinds of animals unthinkable to Japnese peiple. Joweena and I basically have similar opinions about eating animals.
For some people it's can be disturbing and for others it's just so natural.It depends a lot on cultures they grow up in so I feel that we can't really easily criticize them.
The topic was very interesting and we ran out of time so quickly!

Fergal-sensei is always attentive to what his students say professionally without losing concentration and corrects them to better words teaching differences of them. For example, today I leaned the nuances of ‘sarcastically’ and ‘ ironically’ , which I was using vaguely so far. I have never finished his class without gains.
