 We used a text, "What I am Good at/Not Good at". for the lesson.
I think if people want to be good at something, they have to like it.
If people like a thing, they can focus on it and spend time naturally.
But if you cannot avoid things that you have to like, you have to be patient and repeat over and over again until you feel better.
