 "Here’s how much Americans plan to spend on Valentine’s Day gifts" is today's topic.
I didn't know how much spend on their gift on Valentine's Day in US. I'm completely overwhelmed when reading this article. I talked with Joanna about how does she feel if the gift is expensive.  We talked about '10 things in tech you need to know today'.
Esp. 'Apple struck a deal with Genius to add a new video series to Apple Music.' and 'Instagram reportedly generated $20 billion in ad revenue in 2019, outpacing YouTube' is noteworthy articles which I care about.
Our mutual music app is Spotify. During our conversation, I stated how I hacked Spotify in Japan in early days.
And comparing Instagram and Facebook was also interesting topics. 25min lesson is too short to talk everything. See you on next lesson. BFN, Joanna.

 Today's news article was "10 things in tech you need to know today".
Every time I see that kind of news, I can't help feeling some gap between Japanese news and foreign ones.

 Today's topic was "Google made a big change to search results that makes it harder to distinguish ads from regular results, and people are calling Google out for it".
Related this article, I explained how google evaluate website ranking, which technic is called SEO(Search Engine Optimization).
Back to article, Google's search result changed the way of look. It seems link no differentiations between ads and results. People are complaining about this change. But for me as user, it's understandable.

 We talked about recent topics. I went see that blockbuster movie, so we discussed how it was without telling story. It's really difficult to explain the comment though, I did it.
