We used one of the article of the Breaking News English for today's lesson. First I read the article at loud and then we reviewed vocabraries. After that we analyzed the structure of the two paragraphs and rephrased each paragraph using the expressions I've just learned. I liked today's practice very much. By rephrasing the article by myself using the key words and expressions, I was able to practice constructing sentences by myself and using the key expressions at the same time. I think continuing this type of lesson will help improve my fluency. Thank you Dilhara. I'm looking forward to our next lesson!

Today, I asked Dilhara to give me some social issue questions and I made answer speech. Before he gives me a question, he introduced some information related the questions from the news articles. Then, I could easily make answer speeches. Finally, he pointed out new words and helpful expressions necessary for my future speech. Thank you very much for giving me exciting questions and helpful information. See you next time!

Today was the first lesson with Dilhara. We studied "Why do people yawn?" of Breaking News English. He taught me well and asked me many questions about the article, so I spent a exciting time with him. After his lesson I felt that I had studied much. I think his pronunciation was beautiful.

Dilhara had me read the article first and pointed out where I had a room for improvement in terms of my pronouciation, which was very kind of you, thank you! I really enjoyed talking with Dihara-sensei this time, too. When I spoke with him for the first time, I thought that he spoke too fast. But I am sure it must be a good opportunity for me to get accustomed to natural speed.

Teacher Dilhala is so intelligent with deep knowledge of Japanese and Chinese as well. Today he chose an article on China's new economic project. I learned not only English itself but also about what China is thinking about to boost its economy by cooperating with other countries, which was really eyeopening to me.
