I am impressed how she accurate about the time and she has patience to hear poor English sentences I made. She heard with patience while I tried to tell her what I want and teach me collect words or clever expressions. I will try to remember you made for me I want to see you soon. Today we were talking about contract of employment in Japanese universities. Universities sometimes adopt discretionary labour system. Under this system, workers can decide working time, but usually they are not paid for their "overtime". There are also some limited term employees and part-time lectures.
