 Tad taught me how he became a good communicator as he is.
I really admire people who is dedicated to making great efforts to be better. It's all the human being's desire to be better, but sometimes we tend to give it up.  I have never talked so long with a native speaker ;) Every time I really enjoy talking with him. Tad has lots of valuable

 Everytime I speak with Tad, that makes me motivate I want to become able to better describe my thoughts and opinions more
clearly and specifically. He likes talking and listening. And I like talking and listening.

Sometimes I feel like giving up on getting better, but I believe keeping up with the lesson is the most important thing despite of the negative thoughts.
