It was a great lesson! I leaned some practical phrases that I would be able to use in next meeting at my office. Richard, thank you so much for making effort to understand my context and true needs by asking questions in limited time. |

This was a successive lesson. In this lesson I asked him to play a roll of interviewee for my practice to interview. He pointed out what I should mention before starting interview. I've learned not only English expressions but also how to interview in English. Thank you, Richard. See you. |

We talked about my e-mail. I could not write well in a business manner, so I wrote it in a frank manner to tell him what I want to write. He advised me and suggested many expressions for changing into a proper e-mail. It helped me very much. Thank you, Richard. See you. |

First I asked Richard to check my e-mail and consulted him about how to express what I want to say. Then I asked him to check and correct my English translation and talked about it. He pointed out some of my mistakes and suggested some more natural expressions. It's really helpful. Thank you, Richard. See you. |

Thank you for your detailed review, Richard. It was great pleasure talking with you. I really look forward to talking with you soon about my upcoming painful story...Thank you again, and have a great day! |

First I asked Richard to give me some advises to improve my English e-mail, again. After that, I asked him to tell me about his UN projects. But I had a lapse of memory of the country he worked for and prepared for other country's history. Richard kindly explained the outline of the country's history and told me his works. Today I learned the words "transitional government", "warlord", "militant factions" etc. I'm sorry to remember wrong and thank you for your kind explanation in spite of my mistakes, Richard. See you! |
