 私には英語のみのレッスンにまだまだ慣れないですが、
先生は根気よく低レベルのレッスンを続けてくれます。
私は日本語が話せる講師だと、つい日本語を話してしまうが、英語のみの方が英語で話す時間が多くて良いと思っています。

Cocoa powder is made from cocoa pods (outer layer or shell) of the tree.
It helps to reduce inflammation and protects us from diseases such as
heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
