 I scheduled two lessons in a row. This time, we discussed an ADDM-Plus anti-terrorism summit that the Myanmar military junta and Russia just co-chaired. This seems to be a grim comedy since Russia clearly attacked Ukraine and the Myanmar military administration is persecuting the people of Myanmar. The decision by the U.S. DOD to boycott the conference was rational and wise.
