 Today, we talked about anti-allergy drugs.
The first generation histamine H1-receptor antagonists (chlorpheniramine, etc) have blood-brain-barrier (BBB) penetration, and inhibit the function of histamine, which works as neurotransmitters and analeptic amine, in brain. Therefore, it induces somnolence. We should choose the second generation H1 antagonist (fexofenadine) with less side effects including somnolence in the case which we have to drink the medicine during our working time.

We talked about Earthquakes. A mega earthquakerecently hit Osaka, which killed four people including a children. I am sorry for the people who have suffered from the quake. We cannot prevent quakes from occurring. Therefore, it is important to prepare for them as much as we can.

 Today, we talked about the menu of KFC and pizza hut. The price in Japan is quite higher than that in Philippines. I was surprised a bit.
Furthermore, we talked about fried chicken and rice with gravy sauce you love.
The topics regarding foods make me be hungry.
The more we talk about the food menu, the more both of us feel to be hungry and are drooling a lot, though we are in lessons :).

In Japan, loxoprofen is major pain killer. In Philippines, Ibuprofen and acetaminofen may be famous pain killer rather than loxoprofen. Anyway, I am worried about your sore gum, and hope you will get better soon!
