I read the article in Japan Times regrading dual nationality. I had a fruitful discussion with you. As you told me the reason Japan does not allow dual nationality may be to avoid any confusion. Thank you always for the great lesson. See you next time.

いつも私の文章を綺麗に直して下さり感謝☆ I enjoyed the short conversation with you at the beginning, and next you corrected my film review perfectly! Ok, I'll challenge my next HW,do my best. Have a lovely day and see you next week!!

Nice seeing you again, Nix! Today, I enjoyed talking about the evacuation package. I explained each item in the package to you. It was good exercise for me. I recommended you to prepare the evacuation package because your house is near to the sea. Based on my experience in earthquake, I will give you several helpful advice next. Because we can’t know when earthquake comes, we should prepare the evacuation package in advance. Thank you for productive exercise. Cheers, Nix!

自己紹介 Hey there!

My name is Erin, and I'm an English teacher from Victoria, Canada! I've lived in Nagano, Japan for about 3 years, teaching people of all ages.

I love exploring the mountains here in Nagano! I hike in the summer, and snowboard in the winter. When I'm at home, I like to knit blankets and do artwork.

I also love to travel. I've been to about 15 countries and I've learned that knowing English can help connect me to people from all over the world. I hope that by teaching English, I can meet people from many countries and backgrounds while giving them a great tool for exploring the world, too!

My teaching experience in Japan has been mostly teaching conversation and grammar to children 2-18 years old. I've also done some private tutoring for adults who want to brush up on their speaking skills or continue to practice English after living abroad.

I am especially good at practicing English conversation in a relaxed and friendly environment. I can gently correct grammar and teach useful phases to help students communicate more naturally.

Thank you for reading my profile! I look forward to meeting you soon!
趣味 Knitting, hiking, snowboarding, drawing, traveling.
