First, I asked a question about several sentences that I came across during my work. She kindly gave a clear explanation. Then, we discussed the news that a drunk Japanese pilot was arrested in UK the other day. Thank you for giving me a chance to talk with you!

Thank you for the lesson. I had a livery conversation. You recommended me the movie the other day. So I saw the movie. It was awesome. Despite we live different country each other,we can see the same movies timely. How amazing! One day I want to be able to see them without subtitles. See you next lesson.

Hi Michael! I happend to find an article by an economic commentator, who said the arrest was a coup by the major Japanese auto company. So maybe my hunch may be correct! The article you've chosen seems to be quite inteseting. Let's discuss it in the next lesson!

自己紹介 Hi! I'm Teacher Lec from the Philippines. Music and arts are two of my favorite things. I've just recently learned how to play the ukulele, and now, I use it in making song covers.

I'm a fun-loving person. I like to dwell on the positive side of things. I think problems and challenges are unavoidable, but there is always something good that can come out of these seemingly negative things. For example, learning another language may be difficult, but with the right attitude, it can be fun! :)

I love teaching English because I think it's a great way to help people from different nations build relationships. We may come from different backgrounds - you're from Japan and I'm from the Philippines - but with English, we can broaden our experiences and knowledge about the world. Isn't that wonderful?

I'd love to help you improve in speaking English. I've been a speech teacher and trainer for speech competitions. Other than correcting pronunciation, I can help you choose the right words and better organize your thoughts when speaking. I can also help you improve your writing skills. I am currently a freelance writer and as a master's degree student, my research focused on improving high school students' academic writing. My background in Reading specialization will also be helpful in guiding you to become a better reader.

We can learn so much from each other. You only need to be willing to do three things: (1) share some things about yourself, (2) make mistakes, and (3) laugh about them. :)

I hope to meet you soon!
