I read a new article about a Novel prize winner in today's lesson. There were some words I was not familiar with and Max explained those words with excellent examples. "Roll over Bob Dylan" is a strange but very interesting expression. Max, it's so kind of you to give me feedbacks with descriptions about the vocabraries I learned. They help me better understand the vocabraries and your example sentences make me laugh! I am always looking forward to reading them. I really appreciate that. See you in the next lesson!

Thank you very much for your excellent lesson. As you spoke slowly and clearly to me, I could understood what you said well. Your explanations were easy to understand, and you led the lesson smoothly as usual. I enjoyed your lesson very much. Have a nice weekend.

Thank you for the exciting lesson, as usual. I am now “regretting” that I could have used more suitable words and phrases. I’m looking forward to talking about these variety kind of topics.

I have not taken call from teacher.

Today we used internet text and I practiced answering phone call. Sometime my words don't come out at all. I think this is more difficult than telling my own opinion about something. It was very good practice. Thank you!

The internet condition was bad. But, thank you for trying your best to talk to me. Though I could not see your live video and our connection was chopped, I could talk several topics about friends. In addition, your health condition was seemed to not be good. I hope your condition including internet will get better soon.:) Thank you for making your time today. See you soon. Take care of yourself.

Today I asked Kathryn-sensei to help me with one English question. Her explanation was clear enough for me to understand what I had not understood. Then she explained to me some expressions used only in England. It was very interesting to talk about such expressions.

Today's article was not long, but it contained many important words and expressions. So it was a very good material for me. And Max explained so kindly. Thank you very much!

自己紹介 **UPDATE: Hello to all of the lovely English students using Eigox! I'm currently attending a meditation course in Italy and cannot teach lessons. I hope to start teaching again in mid-April. Thank you and looking forward to seeing you again soon!**

Hello, I'm Claire. I was born in California but left the USA when I was 20 to start traveling around the world. I have spent the last 7 years living and traveling across Europe, Asia and Latin America. I love to learn new things and I am a very curious person. I enjoy getting to know and understand new people and places. I'm currently living in Europe while I apply for Italian citizenship.

I have been teaching English for several years. I enjoy teaching English because I can meet and connect with people all over the world while at the same time helping them achieve a life-changing goal. I look forward to teaching you, too!

As far as my teaching style, I want my students to feel comfortable and enjoy the learning process. I put all of my energy and attention into ensuring that my students are meeting the goals they set for themselves. I use a very interactive approach so that students are always actively engaged. I speak slowly and clearly and have been told that my accent is easy to understand. I am patient and understanding with students and I'm sure we will enjoy our lessons together.

I am also very interested in Japan. I have not been to Japan yet, but I hope to travel and live there someday. I hope that you can share some things with me about your country and culture. Hope to see you soon! :)
